Data has become an increasingly important aspect in many academic disciplines and professional communities. Data and spatial literacy is growing as an important as skill that will support effective problem-solving, innovation, collaboration, and other activities for faculty and students.
The Data Services program at Kennedy Library is focused around the discovery, exploration, creation, and sharing of data via technology and collaboration. Data Services includes resources to help find and use Datasets, access software, apply GIS, Maps and Data Visualization, and more. For faculty researchers, guidance on Data Management Planning is also available.
The Data Studio is the center of Kennedy Library's Data Services program. Located in the Library Rm 111C, the space facilitates interdisciplinary exchange of ideas surrounding data.
